What this evidence means — and doesn’t mean
These six certificates document that FatahMed’s manufacturing facility operates under independently audited management systems — quality, environmental, health and safety, food safety, and customer satisfaction — plus Good Manufacturing Practice for cosmetic-adjacent production. That is what a facility-level certificate verifies.
It does not mean every individual product has been separately tested or certified. Product-specific evidence (such as a Certificate of Analysis) is a distinct document, tracked per product, and is noted as available or not yet available on each product page rather than implied by the facility certificates above.
Product & document relationship
These certificates apply uniformly to the manufacturing facility, not to any single product. Every one of the 19 products currently published — across both Human Health and Animal Health — links back to this same ledger from its own product page, each carrying the same facility-vs-product disclaimer.
